Cecilia Nigro

Cecilia Nigro is an Argentine contemporary artist whose multidisciplinary practice spans ceramics, sculpture, and installation, exploring themes of transformation, perception, and the shifting nature of matter and experience. Originally trained in the field of public relations before transitioning into the arts, she developed her practice through formal study at the Universidad Nacional de las Artes in Buenos Aires and through mentorships and workshops with leading artists and theorists. Her work often engages with ideas of metamorphosis—both physical and conceptual—using material experimentation and refined craftsmanship to create pieces that reflect on change, fragility, and the poetic instability of form.
